Mavs Annual Fan Jam Set for Oct. 25
DALLAS The Dallas Mavericks and ESPN Radio 103.3 FM will host their annual, FREE event, Dallas Mavericks Fan Jam, on Saturday, October 25th, from 1-4:30 p.m. at American Airlines Center.
Typically Fan Jam is held earlier in October, but due to our preseason game in Mexico, were hosting this special event the weekend before the home opener so fans can get geared up for the regular season, said Mavs owner Mark Cuban. Fan Jam is a great opportunity for fans to bring their families and see our players up close and get autographs. We anticipate this years event to be hugely popular with fans because it means the regular season is just around the corner.
The doors to the FREE event are scheduled to open at 1 p.m. with all current Mavericks players signing autographs from 1-2 p.m. and the Mavericks Dancers, Mavs Man and Champ signing autographs from 2-2:30 p.m. All fans will receive complimentary bookmarks at the door in addition to Dallas Mavericks Autograph Cards which they can get autographed by players, dancers and Mavs Man at designated sponsor booths. In addition, Mavs Dancer calendars are on sale in the Mavs fan shops at American Airlines Center, online at dallasmavericks.com and at participating local Wal-Mart locations, so fans who bring their calendars can get them autographed by the ladies.
During the event, the Mavs Street Team will have the Dallas Mavericks Excursion and the FOX Sports Net Big Shoe Inflatable set up on the South Plaza for fans to enjoy. After the autograph sessions, fans will see the Mavs Blue/White scrimmage on the floor of American Airlines Center. Honorary coaches for the Blue/White scrimmage will be Chuck Cooperstein and Bill Stinneford from ESPN Radio. Fans will receive complimentary Cheetos and Stax from Frito-Lay.
Tickets are not required for the FREE event, and public parking will be available in the lots adjacent to American Airlines Center for $5 per car. Independent cash parking is also available in the surrounding area. Fans can enter the facility through the North, South, East and West entrances.

1:00 p.m. -- Doors Open
1:00 - 2:00 p.m. -- All Mavs players sign autographs on Plaza Level
1:30-2:30 p.m. -- Wheelchair Mavs exhibition game
2:00 - 2:30 p.m. -- Dancers, Mavs Man and Champ sign autographs on Plaza Level
2:30 - 2:45 p.m. -- Mavs player addresses crowd
2:45 p.m. -- Mavs annual Blue/White scrimmage begins
